I’m building a Honda clone engine and needed a little more fun. Instead of adding a camshaft, I added this 1.3 and springs to give it a lot more performance. I took off the original springs, and rocker arms and reinstalled with these springs and rocker arms. Note: You have to set the rocker arm clearances with a feeler gauge and adjust them to make it work correctly.

Nice set of stiffer springs and 1.3 ratio rockers. The rockers are stamped steel. The springs feel and look pretty good quality. This upgrade is necessary if you’ve removed the governor on your motor, and will prevent floating the valves at high RPM, which happens with the soft stock springs. Springs are 26 pounds. Good for upgraded camshafts. Price is good.
