Appeared to be matte in the photo and are actually very shiny. They are a little thinner and cheaper looking than I expected but still think they look nice.

I brought this product for my assignment project for my event planning decor classes. It came in great condition with out any damage or scratch. Love it be because it can e be use as it come or even add you personalize it by adding Rhinestone around the edges to accent it. It just lovely. I am looking forward to purchasing a larger quantity in the near future for my inventory.

These are thin and had some blemishes on them (finishing errors from the factory). OK value wise but not very high quality.
