While this product technically works for a 2018 Cruze Hatchback LT, you will lose CarPlay until you switch back to the regular single USB and AUX port with a hinged flap. Not worth the downgrade, will be returning.

This works as a replacement for the single usb plug that comes with the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze. Both USB ports are compatible with apple car play.
