I have used this on a variety of plywood pieces, always with a router table. I like the swappable radius profiles. The template itself is very solid, not the sort of thing that is going to move easily when a bit of force is applied. They need a followup kit with imperial sizes. I have a few corrosion spots on mine, and the gold screws like to work their way out easily. I would buy again if I lost my existing set.

Well made jig. Do need to clamp it to your workpiece or risk damaging the wood. I prefer to use a D handle router with this jig for the best control.

Used this to put a radius on the edge of cheese boards. Jig worked as expected. I was using this in conjunction with a router table. A few things to note; 1) If the item your routing is out of square, it can leave a ridge on the edge of your workpiece. 2) The knurled brass knobs on the jig frequently worked their way loose. You may need to check them in between work pieces. I started using this on top of my workpiece, but switched to using it on bottom and that seemed to help with the knobs coming loose unnoticed.
