OK, so here we go pro's & wannabe welders. This review is for all you pro's, wannabe's, and guys like me who are somewhere in the middle. This little welder is pretty d*** good. I have used it several times since purchase, using "7018 3/32" - "6013 3/32" "6011 3/32". (It's a decent line up if only welding DYI projects around the house) and this little guy has done perfect. I can run through 4 or 5 rods of any given number and no worry of shutdown.

This portable stick welder is epic! It is perfect for stick welding projects for beginners or just on the go locations. The dials for power are excellent and enable you to get just the voltage you need to you aren’t blowing breakers. This is pretty versatile. It looks great and with the right skills does great. I love the size and portability of this welder.

Nice little welding machine. Gets the job done and works well. It is nice to be able to weld at home or on the go. Good value for the price.

Alligator clamp broke after a few uses and wires came loose. Works well now after clamp replaced with a higher quality clamp and wires tightened.

I have always wanted to learn welding on my own since I am too old and not serious enough for welding school. I was interested in it more for diy projects and repairs. This was the perfect machine in size, capacity and price. I'm still learning and haven't used it much yet to be fully familiar with it yet but so far it has been easy to set up and use. It starts up well and I think has all the necessary functions I need at this point. I'm waiting for cooler weather to come around to really get into working with it and I'm excited to build up on what I've learned so far. The equipment is in very good condition and I was told by a welder friend of mine that I chose a good machine and that it will surely hold up in time if I take care with it. It's small and lightweight enough for my needs. Very happy and excited with it.
