Star Drive Flat Head
Thread cutting screws in this selection feature a countersunk flat head that runs flush with the installation surface when properly installed. The Torx 6 Lobe drive style (commonly referred to as a "star" drive") features six points of contact, allowing for a higher torque installation and resists cam out and screw stripping.
Type F Point
Thread cutting screws in this selection feature machine screw threads with a Type F thread cutting point to form its own threads in a pre-existing hole. The Type F point is blunt and tapered, and features multi cutting edges and chip cavities, making it suitable for use with heavy gauge sheet metal, aluminum, zinc and lead die castings, cast iron, brass and plastic.

used for trailer floor, thru 1/4 channel and 3/16 angle iron, used 144 screws, not one broke, used 13/64 drill bit as mentioned buy other user. worked great..
