Great price for 144 pieces. I bought them for my 2nd grade students and also for a birthday party. Was told by several students and party guests that some of the noisemakers don't work (or make noise when you blow into them). But since it came with so many pieces, it was fairly easy to just give the student/guest another one. Price was good. Different quality inside package. Some are a little nicer and wrapped in a pack of 10 or 12. The rest were smaller and thrown in a big bag. I actually went and counted each one when I received the package and all 144 were there. Just be advised some might not make noises.

I was unsure about purchasing after reading the reviews, but I did anyway because you get a lot for a great price! I was pleasantly surprised! They were perfect size and they will work perfectly for throwing out in a parade!

I guess I should have read the measurements a little more carefully. These are very small. Colorful and fun design, but very, very small. They have yet to be used so cannot comment on the actual quality.....whether all work and make noise, if they hold together. You get a lot for the money, but that is because of the size, so if you are looking for large, substantial blowouts, these are not recommended.
