I have the round, square and pointed forms of this product and find they are all you need on a wood lathe.Even though I have done a number of projects, I have not had to replace the first cutter set as it is still sharp.

I have an old Grizzly G1182 with the H7653 helix cutter on it and these worked perfectly as replacements. These were much more affordable and delivered more quickly than ordering direct from Grizzly.

I just replaced all 98 cutters on my grizzly 20" planer. These are as good as any other I have purchased and better than the factory supplied cutters. I did however mix these with some others I purchased on Amazon because those came with replacement screws also. Overall I cannot find anything that would prohibit me from repurchasing. I ran some ironwood through after replacing and these performed as well as the others on I put on.2021-04-13These are great, I hit a hidden nail and bought another pack just for backup.

I bought a pack of these to replace a few inserts in my planer. After using them for the past month I went ahead and ordered enough packs to replace every insert. These are much cheaper and price but seem to hold up the same as the more expensive options on the market.
