I was attracted to the price, and the wide range of standard values. I knew from the pictures that it would not be practical to use these without creating some sort of organizer. I've used parts bins/drawers for years, but chanced upon a great idea online: use binders and dividers intended for sports trading cards. I found some articles online that included PDF file to print out, to create "cards" (on plain paper) with the ohms value, and even a picture with the color code (I used a color laser jet). Anyways I now have this huge assortment of resistors in a very compact binder, and it's fast and easy to find the one I want.

This is a pretty standard resister kit, with one huge exception: the values go up to 10M. And you get a lot of those higher value resistors. It has 19 different values just between 1M and 10M. Every value has 10 pieces in this kit. I don’t use super high value resistors very often, and maybe most people don’t, so they don’t ever seem to be included in any kits. Most kits just go up to 1M and that’s it. This kit is entirely worth it if you ever need a few >1M resistor values. You basically won’t find them in any other kit, and you need to buy them a-la-cart. 5 stars for including the rare, very high value resistors.

Wow! 150 values. This is great. This resistor kit has many of the lesser used values of resistors, so it's perfect for anyone working with electronics, and don't know what size resistor they may need for some random project or repair. You only get 10 of each resistor, so you probably don't want to use this as your main kit of resistors. You want to use these resistors, for when you need the 1% tolerance, or when you need one of the lesser used values. For normal use, get a regular kit of resistors, with less values, and more pieces of each value, and get this kit for special uses. This kit is of E24 series values, which is the 5% series of preferred numbers, and not the E96 series, which is the 1% series. If this makes no sense to you, then look up how the "E series of preferred numbers" works. If they had included about 25 more resistors, they could have covered all E24 values from 0 to 10 meg, but that's not a big deal, because they include all the common values, and a lot of the lesser used values.

if you need to resist... this is the way

A nice resistor kit for a very fair price. Each value is individually bagged and labeled, which is better than many of the resistor kits on the market. The leads are a bit thinner than what you see from higher quality resistors, which can cause some connectivity issues with some breadboards, but overall these are nice resistors and should work fine for any soldering project.
