I have 4, After a while the numbers blink. Supposed to stay solid, has me concerned. 1 already died. They work fine on my 10 gallons, but I bought a Hygger this time.

This heater works great for my 20 gallon aquarium. The suction cup sometimes comes loose from the glass, but it’s easy enough to just stick it back on.

Dropped this heater in a 40 breeder that I am setting up for some Neolamprologus Lelupi. Even though the tank is a little larger than the recommended maximum size, this heater is handling the job.The temperature of this heater is preset at 78F, and the water in my tank varies from 77.5F to 88.7f as read with an external thermometer. The reading on t he heater is within a few tenths of the external.This type of heater is easy. Most tropical fish will thrive at 78F so it works in many tanks. An added bonus on this unit is the temperature readout, which most preset heaters do not have.I can't tell how long this heater will last, but so far so good. I suspect the fact that it does not have an adjustment mechanism makes it a simpler device and that should help it last.

I have this in a 10 gallon shrimp tank. It keeps the temp to around 78, which works well for my colony. The LED display doesn't seem to be all that accurate, but I keep a second thermometer in my tank away from the heater as a backup. It reads consistent temps, even as the temperature of my house cycles.I find the LED reader a little distracing from my planted tank setup, but the light wasn't so bright that I wasn't able to cover it with some hardscape and plants.

I have a small five gallon tank I'm using for aquatic invertebrates. While room temperature is okay, the heater brings it up to 80 degrees F and that's perfect for my guys. I had a thermometer on the outside of the tank that was measuring my temperature before, and it matches with the temperature shown on the heater, so it seems to be accurate. I haven't had any issues with it overheating or my bugs going into it. The suction is okay, I had to reattach it once but that might just be a skill issue. All in all, I'm really happy with this!
