I put perfectly, but the bubbles all over the screen, can’t make bubbles goes away.

I applied multiple screen protectors on iPad, ipad mini, iPhone for the family and myself so many times with no issue. For some reason this screen protector isnt go well with the KYY portable monitor screen I have. It has small tiny bubbles all over the screen no matter how many time I tried. I even try to scrap the bubble out from the tool that comes with it. But it won’t remove the entire bubbles.
