5 star on the service they provide. Product is very decent. Purchased a selinoid for my acura and one issue and they resolved it immediately. Highly recommend.

In the attached photo, I have the original (factory) unit sitting next to this aftermarket unit.1st problem: I didn't realize the problem until I'd already completely installed the new unit and was trying to reconnect the wiring harnesses. On this unit, there are two plug connectors that attach: a larger one (top right) and a smaller one (bottom left). The metal shroud around the top of the unit is way too close to the plug connector for the bottom left connector and I couldn't get it connected. I had to uninstall this replacement unit to figure out what was going wrong. Luckily, that protective shroud around the top is fairly thin aluminum and can be bent and manipulated with pliers, so I had to modify the part to create enough room for that small wiring connector to be able to attach.2nd problem: in that protective shroud, there's a small hole for the clip that keeps the wiring harness secured after the connectors are attached. The diameter of the hole in this replacement unit is much larger than the diameter of the hole in the factory unit. The result of this inconsistency is that the plastic clip on the wiring harness that's supposed to fit into the hole and snap in place to hold it secure...doesn't stay connected. It just slides out because the hole is too large. If you want to secure your wire harness to this unit, you'll have to make due with using a ziptie because the factory clip isn't going to stay locked in place in that oversized hole.3rd problem: the gasket is either countersunk too much in this replacement unit, or it's too thin. It barely protruded above the mounting surface. I think this will ultimately lead to a future failure or oil leak.Given all these three problems, I would have returned this unit and insisted on a refund, but the problem is that my car was not usable without this part, I'd already gotten the old part off, and I needed my car back in service for an upcoming road-trip and simply cannot wait for an exchange.Update: so I did take my car for a 400 mile road trip after installing this part and it definitely solved my problem and there is no evidence of leaking, so as far as functionality goes this part seems to be just fine - as long as you don't mind bending it up with pliers a bit to allow clearance for the plug connector and as long as you don't mind using a ziptie to re-secure the wiring harness in place.

Got the good old P2646 and limp mode at 190k miles on my 2004 Honda Element. I figured I'd give this absurdly cheap aftermarket VTEC solenoid a try first, rather than go straight for the OEM version at 4x the price. It fits exactly the same as OEM, and after a few hundred miles I haven't had any issues. If it fails at any point in the near future, I'll return to update this review.

I got this a few months ago and I haven’t had any issues or problems yet. It’s holding up well and I couldn’t be more happier. Also the price is better then any part store in my opinion.

I purchased this to fix a bad oil leak in my 2003 Honda CRV. The dealer had it on backorder with no idea of when it would come in. Dealer price was around $200. Not only was this part MUCH cheaper, my son, who is not a mechanic, was able to install it in about 15 minutes. I worked perfectly

Hate to have to give a product a negative but was defective when I got it. Put it on the vehicle and code still came back and vehicle would not run properly. Took a part of my daughter and son-in-laws vehicle and mine ran properly. Ended up buying from Advance Auto parts and car runs properly.Amazon gave me a refund the same day I submitted to request and UPS showed the part was being shipped back.
