This is a great alternative to those bulky adapters that plug right into the 30A connector. This short pigtail puts less strain on the plug and allows for the weatherproof covers to actually protect the circuit. Cable is nice and thick and feels like 10Ga wiring inside. (Although the 120V plug is only a 15A) Great adapter! Should be in every RV'rs kit!

I have a normal 20 amp three prong outdoor outlet that I use to plug in my pop-up camper while it is parked at my house and I am just using basic electric functions. This adapter works perfectly to allow me to connect the camper to that outlet. Very heavy duty. Almost too heavy duty though. It doesn’t like to bend which can make it a bit of a pain when you want it to hang down, but overall it’s a great adapter.

I ordered this 30 amp to 15 amp RV "dogbone" adapter to replace my old one, which is about 15 years old. This one actually seems overbuilt, with 10 gauge wiring and very hefty insulation, and I love that it's shorter, because you simply don't need a lot of length with these adapters. The orange colored ends are also a plus. My old one was all black, and kind of got lost in the storage compartmentThese are really a must-have item for anyone with an RV. I keep mine in my backyard, and plug it into my home's exterior 15 amp 110 volt outlet to keep the batteries charged, and to run the absorption refrigerator the day before leaving on a trip. Of course this will not power everything in your RV when plugged into a 15 amp circuit, so just use common sense with what you turn on.Excellent product, at a very reasonable price of around $14 when I ordered it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The product was as described and looks to be well made. It had the appropriate rating labels and the cable was imprinted the rating of the wire. Overall a good practical adapter to plug an RV into a standard 15 amp outlet suffient to run the basics in the RV.

I am learning that I can never have enough adapters for my 30 amp travel trailer! I like the size of this one because it's not so easily lost or displaced. I tugged and pulled and twisted, and everything is solidly secure. Yes, I would recommend this adapter, with a 5-Star rating for a solid quality product.

This adapter seems to be of good quality and is a good value. I was looking for an adapter that I could use at home to keep my camper charged. This adapter will also be handy when you want to plug into a standard 110v 15A outlet when away from home. It has a nice handle that makes it easy to plug in or unplug the adapter.

This will allow me to use my 30amp RV when I go campsites that just have 110v/15a (standard US household outlet). This would be great if you are at a friends house, with this you can plug into their electric. Won't be able to run you RV AC, but that's not a problem with the cable. This would also be ideal if you have a RV and want to charge the batteries / cool the fridge before a trip. I'd say its a must have for weekend rv warriors for that one reason. Plug it in overnight at your house and your fridge is cool when you are ready to leave. No more fuzting with ice chests and moving items.Build quality is good, with a nice thick cable. The 30A end has a nice handle on it, the 110 doesn't but it doesn't need it. I like the 30a handle end as its easy to pull apart from your RV plug. This is a cable that you won't use everyday, but its built well enough it should be fine for that.I'm going to recommend this to all my RV friends. Five stars.

This dogbone adapter is a must-have for any RV. I use it to plug my RV into a standard outdoor extension cord, so that I can charge my house batteries and cool the refrigerator before departing. This adapter is heavily built of size 10 wiring, and I especially like the handle that makes it easy to attach or detach the adapter from the RVs power inlet. Please note that 15 amps is not enough power to run multiple appliances, so you will not want to extensively run the RV through this adapter, but it works great for limited power usage such as charging batteries.
