I am extremely happy with the product here, very good construction and look. It was delivered in a box that really protected it well, easy to tell they take pride in their brand. I had a question for them regarding the product, they responded very quickly and were a big help. All in all, very pleased with this product and highly recommend.

This mat arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged. It was a very nice, well-constructed product. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my frame despite me measuring before purchasing, so I had to return it. When I received the refund, a restocking fee had been deducted, which I didn't realize before I bought the item. Again, no issues with the product, just be aware that if you have to return it because it doesn't fit, there will be a fee.

This was a total rip-off. I ordered two (2) FRAMES, I thought. What I received was two (2) black mats. Very DECEPTIVE packaging...two (2) huge boxes arrived with the word "GLASS" written in red all over both boxes so certainly was expecting a frame to be inside. These were Christmas gifts for pictures made especially for them, so was particularly upset to open them and find ONLY black matting.I am expecting a full refund and do not anticipate returning these two huge boxes at my expense. I wanted to frame a dog food bag that had my dog on it. I found a perfect frame on Craigslist for $3. I ordered this custom cut mat on Amazon and put it all together yesterday. Came out better than I hoped.Great Mat.Fast Shipping, Was scheduled for delivery by July 4th, I received it on June 28th, 4 days after placing a custom size order. Great price.

Would have given this a one star but it was not completely their fault. I was looking for a frame and reading the description I completely missed the "for a frame" so when I received a piece of card board in a card board box, I was a little upset and even more upset a myself after I reread the description again. But $18 with shipping for painted card board ... Really? Now I have to find a frame for my piece of card board and the constitution I was trying to frame in the first place.
