I have purchased many Hollywood Kurt Adler, designed by Holly Adler, nutcrackers in the past. This one came with plastic wrapped around his face and head. Now I know why. Upon taking the plastic off of his face,I have to fix him. The chin strap to his hat was not attached. See box and closeup. For the price of Hollywood Nutcrackers, I shouldn’t have to fix anything that is brand new fresh out of the box. I expect more from Hollywood. This is something that I would expect from a “made in China” product.
