These heavy duty binders have 3 layers of vinyl over chipboard panels, with a clear pocket layer on top for custom inserts. The angle-D rings are back panel mounted so pages lay flat, and they have a greater page capacity than round rings.

This type of binder (tabloid, portrait orientation) is hard to find, and I’m glad to have this as an option. It works just fine, however, it’s not necessarily the best build quality. But beggars can’t be choosers.

Congratulations on making a cheap binder...looks like it was setup while wearing a blindfold. The spine is crooked, it's also not centered top to bottom..allows page tops to not be protected by binder...no D-Ring opening tabs..and overall cheap quality material..but the spine alignment is the biggest issue

Love this because it allows me to file my artwork and other legal size documents on my bookshelf and allowed me to clear off my desk and art project table and makes it easy to file my watercolors using sheet protectors! I'm organized now and love it!

Typically, it is hard to find a file (plus plastic sleeves) this large. I have successfully used this durable oversized binder to archive sheet music. I wish that it held more pages: I have had to purchase several binders to file items from my music collection. Good product.

Great and very useful product. I would have preferred round rings, but I couldn’t find those. This binder makes it so I don’t have to get 11x17 stuff spiral bound to keep it together, which saves me time and money several times a year.

Plastic on both binders ripped as I took wrap off,Very expensive, had to super glue both back together before I even started using them,I don't think they will hold up very good.

There aren't many 11x17 vertical (portrait) orientation binders, and they are all expensive. I'd rate this one to be comparable to medium duty binders for the letter size.I'm a former neuroscientist and always an artist. I deal with ideas and information that does not come in any specific shape. So I prefer to write things on a big piece of paper. This binder filled with 11x17 laser printer paper (32 lb weight) is my daily notebook. As ridiculous and absurd as it sounds, a notebook of this size is not very easy to handle. The binders that open horizontally are very difficult to use unless I have a giant desk (which I do, but still). This binder makes my life easier to work with my notebook anywhere.

Item is of good quality, exactly as described and fits my needs perfectly. Using it for reservations in a restaurant. Holding up well, it sits on the counter and looks good with my logo inserted into the front. The only draw back was shipping time, it took several weeks to get.
