This is ok. The warmest setting doesn't get that warm unless you flip it over to the side not meant to be laid on. My dog is also suspicious of the cord running to it. She doesn't love it. She is hesitant to use it so far. I tried laying it on top of a dog bed but she then would lay next to the bed. So I'm not fully sure it will get used that much.

Got this for my 2 elderly Bostons who are always cold. So far it's a hit. I actually got it for when we are camping to put on their outside sling style bed. They are always burrowing under blankets and thought this might help. They definitely like it. Looking forward to using it in the trailer.It has a timer function which is nice 1hr/2hr/3hr also 3 levels of heat to click through. Another nice feature is the cord is very malleable which is wonderful for the dogs and places you might want to put this little blanket.Got out the infrared camera (see pic) to see how it was heating, as you can see there are definitely areas that are warmer than others (after having had it on high for 5 min). I would back that up by watching my dogs sleep on it for more than two hrs one dog got warmer than the other however I wouldn't say its a huge deal.I just wish the power button was lit so I knew it was on. Having to click through it and not being sure if it's on and having to wait with your hand on it to see for sure. I took a star off because of that. I wish I could do half stars because it's not that big of a con. So I say 4.5 STARS for this product so far.

I am a parent to a senior cat who loves warmth. And I use a heating pad in her kitty sleeping tents. This Homcolorful Brand was bigger and was designed specifically for pets. When I examined the product initially, I noted the quality craftsmanship and details. The removable, washable cover is furry soft. The inside corners of the cover have hook-and-loop tabs to secure the heating pad from shifting and keep the pad remains flat even if your pet likes to knead before settling down. The adjustable temperature settings are easy to use and easy to access. Some reviews found the automatic shut-off feature to be a problem, but it's a safety measure for me. Even human heating pads have these standards. My cat had no trouble making this her favorite napping spot from the day I set it up. This Heating Pad is excellent, safe, and has features that make it the best sleeping pad I have found. I highly recommend it and think it is a worthwhile investment for your furry friend.

This is the best heating pad I've ever bought for pets! It has a segmented plastic sleeve over the cord to protect it from being chewed on - and that's always been the biggest concern for using one with pets - along with an auto shut off after 2 hours. It's also soft and comfy to lay on - and I know because I shared it with my girl kitty one night when we were both freezing! It got her all snuggled up next to me and we both love it!

My two Chihuahua’s love to get close to me when I have my heated throw blanket or heating pad. I sometimes have let them lay on my heating pad on low to warm them up. Now… I don’t have to share. They now have their own heating pad and it is made just for them. Washable cover, low temperature and safety features including a timer which shuts it off automatically after a you choose either 1 or 2 hours. The cover is soft and lush. I am NOT disappointed.

I'm a little mixed when it comes to this heating pad. It's very well made and feels like a quality product construction/material wise, however my cat doesn't seem to care for it.There's three heating levels, however I couldn't feel any difference at all heat-wise. It also seemed like the underside of the pad got much warmer than the top surface itself. My cat didn't care for this at all, and actually went out of her way to avoid sitting on it (we stuck it in her favorite spot). That being said, it's a regular heating pad so it still has many uses. I'm sure it will come in handy at some point, and I'll definitely try to introduce my cat to it again in the future.

This is great for my granddog chihuahua who is always cold and burrows into blankets. This has solved that problem. It actually comes with instructions which is lacking in many products these days so I was pleasantly surprised to see that. Easy to operate with 2 buttons to control heat levels and timer. The pad has a plush cover but don't expect a thick pad since this is a heating pad with a plush cover over it. The electric cord has a wrap around it to add some protection in case you have a chewer but our dogs left the cord alone. The zipper allows you to take out the heat element and wash the cover. I like that it has a timer so you can leave it without worrying about turning it off. It feels warm to the touch and not hot.

My cats love this bed. It does take a bit to warm up, but once its warmed your feline companions will love you for it.It is not to large, can fit 2-3 cats if they are comfortable enough with each other. It features two powermodes, a timer as well as a standard heat mode. It also features 3 heat modes allowing you to tailor it to your cats preferences.The bed itself is soft and has a plush like feel. So your cats will love it.
