This brush is sturdy, the bristles are nice and tightly aligned to get maximum cleaning capability with each stroke. I was hoping it would help with cold season clean up, and it certainly did. I was able to slowly push the algae into piles(after some shock and chlorine tabs to congeal and localize it) to make vacuuming an absolute breeze. When pool season hits again, I bet it’ll be a huge help with keeping the pool nice and clean for my family.

Fits nicely in my old handle and stays in place. Nice and wide, does a good job. The bristle is softer than my previous ones, so not sure how it will work with and stubborn stain.

For the most part, this pool brush looks as pictured. That said I do not find it to be any heavier duty than any previous pool brush we have owned. I think brush is slightly overpriced for the quality. It will be adequate for our needs

Pool brushes at the pool store can cost twice what this ProMotus one costs. So it's starting out good. What you get is a pretty standard brush with nylon / plastic bristles, and with the flared ends. From that perspective this brush is like most others out there. Two things that are different that I noticed is that the shaft has an open back; I am accustomed to ones with a full shaft. My only concern is whether that lack of material (180 vs 360 degrees) will affect its strength and thus longevity. On the other hand, should the locking tab mechanism break you have easy access to replace it. Also, the shaft is pretty long, at 5". I have multiple poles, one of which has a closed back of less than 5", so this brush will not fit that pole. If you have a hollow pole however, this will fit fine (as it does my other pole).

This brush fits well in a standard pole and it is light weight. I find the bristles to be a little softer than some other brushes and may be a less effective at clearing deposits.

My old pool brush had started losing its bristles so got this. Easily clipped onto my standard pool pole and was sturdy when on- didn’t wiggle around. All the bristles stayed in place- none were loose or fell out. Worked great!
