The dial was the correct size, but the design of the back was wrong and would neither lie flat nor fit the the hole in the grill top. And yes, my model Char Broil was listed as compatible. I can't speak to temperature accuracy, since I never had the opportunity to use it.

Does not fit Char-Broil grill 463344116 that requires a thermometer with a flat back and and beveled (not completely round) fitting on the attachment screw as the grill bezel hole that it goes into is not round on the bottom. It might fit other models OK.

It rained but not enough to stop me from grilling. Apparently this guy can’t take that little bit of rain and decided to keep some for later.Not the best. Temp reading a little questionable.

I tested this thermometer gauges on a grill and compared to the grill reported temperature and the grill lid thermometer. This product reported temperature as expected compared to the controls. Product constructions looks similar to what you will find on box store grills.

This gauge is smaller than the one that came on my Charbroil grill but it still worked fine. My old one failed stuck at 450 degrees so it was nice to have a working temperature gauge again.
