Seems very well built. Over sized for my trolling motor, so I expect it to last a long time

Excellent product. They should come with this connector from The factory

Parts could not completely mate without major force (small hammer). It seems the tolerances are not correct. The center to center dimension of the prongs vs the female portion are not aligned correctly. I contacted seller and they were great sending a replacement. I asked if they would verify fitment before sending. Evidently they did not as the replacement was same as original. These parts cannot properly mate without major stresses over time. This is somewhat dangerous as this connection is rated for 60 amps....on a boat. This will fail eventually in my opinion.

This was exactly what I needed to hook up my new Minnkota trolling motor. My boat is fairly old and the existing outlet and wiring needed an upgrade. Straight forward installation and easy to follow instructions. Full summer of use without any issues.

The genuine plug from Minn Kota cost $150. I didn't realize I was buying a copy as I didn't look closely. I needed a fix quickly. The only difference I can see is the Minn Kota name is missing on the protective sleeve. The parts are well-made and fit together. The wire ends have ends with crimped ferels. Additional ferel ends in two sizes are included for the wiring in the boat. Heat shrinks included work as intended. Instructions are clear but in the smallest font imaginable. This is a great upgrade from the old plug and twist but it is bulkier due to the secure cap and plug. Not a problem for me.

I feel like I’m not gonna have any problems with my troll motor. This is a very heavy duty unit that is sealed heavy gauge wire. It’s a little bit bulky, but the sacrifice is not having to worry about corrosion. It has a O-ring on the inside to keep moisture out
