Lubricate before Installation
Before install the 587819701 spindle, You had better add high temperature grease to the grease nipple until the oil overflows from the sealing ring to extend the life of the spindle

How to stop the spindle from moving when taking lawn mower blades off?
Loosen the clamp on a blade removal tool by turning the handle counterclockwise. Place the removal tool over the end of the blade and the stopping edge over the side of the deck. Turn the handle clockwise to tighten it in place and prevent the spindle from turning.

Was pretty easy to install on my Husqvarna YTA 22V46 mower deck (46"). Just note this is not a sealed unit. Does need grease applied. Wish I would have gotten two of them to replace the other side while I was at it.

Direct fit easily installed with everything provided to do the job and it has a grease fitting to grease the spindle a muy better than the OEM part that provides no way to grease the spindle . And all at a fraction of the cost of the OEM part.

Arrived fast. Installed today...all seems well. Fit is good. There were no instructions to indicate whether or not grease needed to be added. A.I. was a joke in the "ask a question" part of the web page . I pumped 7 strokes of grease in each spindle as a precaution. They really should give some guidance on whether or not they require greasing at installation. I will likely grease them a little more after a few hours of operation.

When I ordered the part I was promised a date that was going to take 5 days. I got the parts in 2 days. I was very surprised. I installed the parts with no issues and they have zerk fittings allowing me to grease the spindles. I unbolted the old spindles and replaced them with the new spindles. The time it took to do that was about 10 minutes (make sure and grease them). The longest part of the repair was pulling the deck from the mower and putting it back. Maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. These should last a long time.
