Perfect for our go kart lighting. I have an engine without a charging coil. I added bright aftermarket LED light bars with my tool battery’s. Works amazing, great product!

My niece and nephews have power wheel cars and these are great to adapt to Ryobi batteries. A basic understanding of electrical circuits helps. I worked high end industrial electrical for a few years, but this is fairly basic stuff. Two splices and your good..I'm running 9AH batteries which have great run times on power wheel cars. The smaller 4ah batteries won't be as good.

This is a great product. I have for years wanted a 12 volt DC power supply using 18 volt Ryobi batteries. I had gone out and purchased high power dropping resistors and even cannibalized an old Ryobi lantern for the proprietary socket … had the box, circuit board, selector switch, etc. But never got around to doing it. Until I saw this product. All I had to do was fabricate a box for it and there it was. This is a solution that provided a major portion of my long wanted project. I added some meters, fusing and several out put jacks for various 12 DC applications. See pictures. The key application was to provide a 12 volt source to back-feed my car if and when I need to disconnect its battery. My new Ryobi - 12 DC supply will allow all the electronics to believe the car battery is still connected so I do not need to reset any of the devices. What a great way to go. Several pictures are included showing but one way the Koezeoi Converter Adapter can be used. Great product and something I have wanted for a VERY long time.1. The battery socket was drilled and mounted to the input side of the box. The battery must fit inside the depression so the screws must be countersunk at or below the surface. If not the Ryobi battery will not seat and lock into the socket properly. I would recommend that the manufacturer do this at the factory for such mounting applications.2. The socket was separated from the wiring so that it could be mounted through the side of the box.3. Several meters were installed to monitor such things as input and output voltage and current. One meter also tracks the internal temperature to ensure the mother board does not overheat.4 and 5. Output connectors were fused and configured for feeding to a car cigarette lighter jack, 4mm banana jacks, and USB-A and Power Delivery (PD) connectors. I sometimes use small alligator clips with banana jacks for temporary connections and tests for other 12 V DC projects. Very handy.6. The Koezeoi Converter Adapter I received came with an “On/Off” rocker switch already wired into the upper portion of the battery socket and resides inside the box. So turning the supply on and off requires the box to be opened and closed.7. Latches on the box allow easy access to the On/Off switch and then securely lock-shut the enclosure during use.It might be helpful to know that with the exception of the Ryobi battery, every piece of equipment used in this project and shown in the pictures (including the wire itself) was purchased from Amazon. I use the Koezeoi Converter Adapter in this configuration not only to back-feed my car when the battery is removed, I also use it to charge the lights for my bicycle, and other rechargeable batteries. The 18 volt robust power of the Ryobi battery is now in a very portable and extremely flexible power source for just about any 12V DC and USB powered device imaginable. I highly recommend this product and am very pleased with my purchase.

Convenient & compact back up 12v power option

I was able to remove the heavy and expensive 12 V battery and convert to my Ryobi power tool batteries with this adapter. The only thing I needed to do was take additional jacket, stripping off to meet the stripping guidelines on the back of the lover switch. The power switch stops the vampire power drain from the step down converter.

It transferred power from the battery to a four wheeler my daughter wanted faster. From everything I'd read, it would speed it up, but she was still upset when it was the typical 4/5mph.

Great value, I have this mounted on my truck with my rock lights hooked up to it. Works great.
