I ended up not needing it but the temp strips does work. You have to put it DIRECTLY on whatever it is you want (like liquids). So if the liquid is only halfway, put it below that.The colors does switch back and forth between the degrees HOWEVER since it moves back and forth so much, the colors changes and can confuse you.

Not much good without the temperature strips, the entire reason I bought this product. I do not recommend it after this experience, no way to contact the seller, just the option to return or replace it, I need it tomorrow so that doesn’t help at all. I read a lot of reviews so felt confident using this product without instructions but really feel that is necessary to use the strips (if they aren’t missing) correctly. Thanks for nothing!
