My 24-year old lid was falling apart so I was very pleased with this as a replacement. It would have been perfect but I couldn’t get one in the fawn tan that my ‘97 GMC C1500 has for the interior. However, the grey is a good fit as it closely matches the dash trim ring grey. I found good YouTube instruction for the installation and this lid opens and closes better than my old one.
