These are not a precise fit as in the seller's description. Some reviews said this, but I thought I'd give it a try. I don't know that they have to be and I'll probably leave these on for a while. I don't show the C because I hand cut it with different material. My biggest problem was with the seller when I messaged him. The following is what I copied and pasted for this review.Me: How much water do I mix with the baby shampoo (tsp) to make the slip solution to install the letters?Seller: very tiny amount, the idea is just to make the water feel a tad slimy which will allow the letter to slide into position. (Very tiny and tad. A little subjective. I played with the mixture until I thought it was good.)Me: I read on the reviews that some people commented that the letters were smaller than the indentation in the bumper. I took this with a grain of salt as other reviews seemed happy. Past experience with reviews I've read have mostly shown that some people are sometimes critical. But I will have to say that in this case they are smaller. I'm not sure that I want to put them on yet. Measuring I don't think they will look right. I'm trying to make a pattern to cut my own. My previous letters did fit completely. I think you should be mentioning this in your description or adjust your cutting to fit. I just wanted to let you know where I'm at. Very difficult to cut my own, but I'm working at it. I wanted to see what I can do before I leave a review on Amazon.Seller: We've been a graphics company for 18 years. We know what works and what doesn't. For recessed letters, you cant put material on the walls of the letters or they will peel over time. They are intentionally cut short to preserve the life of the letters. If your not happy with them, you may return them for a refund. We've sold thousands of our cobra letters, less than 0.1% of sales even bother to leave feedback/review.I felt this response was a little snarky. Poor business response. I wasn't saying they should be in the wall of the letter. I was saying that "precise fit" in their description should also say they do not fit the full indentation. Just to point out if you can't see it in the pictures, the placement is limited by the holes in the letters. This leaves the precise cut as in the leg of the R and part of the B to be in the wall of the indentation.In conclusion. These are probably fine if you are not looking for the letters to fit the full indentation. If you are, then don't purchase these. I've made a pattern for the full indentation. I'll wait and see which material holds up the best. My car is a 1998 and I was replacing letters that had been on for around 20 years but were deteriorating. They were cut by a local fellow and fit precisely. I would have used him again if he had still been around. Either retired or moved on.

The product is excellent, and the service I received from the seller after I brought up an issue . . . was Exceptional !!I am a repeat customer and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.If you have a Mustang Cobra and want to personalize it . . . . you do not need to look any further. These bumper letters are very nice. ( I have ordered the carbon fiber twice ). They lasted a little more than 3 years before the finish started to fade. ** My car is not a daily driver, but gets washed every week, and fully detailed twice a year.

The quality of the vinyl material is good. They are not difficult to apply if you take your time; they will go on straight and you can avoid air bubbles by working from one side to the other. The horizontal bars in the "R" and "A" are MUCH thinner than the molded impression in the bumper. As mentioned by someone else, the die-cut for the "R" is also off just a little, and does not accurately following the molded letter.

they stick really well but the emblem of the letter b looks kind of off if you look super close. either way they look awesome on my 98 cobra

Honestly, I get compliments all the time. I payed very little and it looks, and fits great. I'd highly recommend this product. I purchase chrome for my candy apple red cobra. Saved a ton of money when comparing to other sites and it met and exceeded my expectation. It completes the car further. I cannot comment on any color outside of chrome. However your chances are good.

The install was really easy, but shipping could of been a little faster. Also the letters don't look like they exactly fit my 01 bumper in the recessed letters. You couldn't tell unless your right up on the stickers (

Ordered a set of bumper letters and had a problem with a couple of the letters I received. I got a response to my email quickly and was satisfied with how my concerns were handled. Nice product, too...the letters went on easily and look great.
