I installed these in my older house. I have a rare low voltage system that controls relays blah blah blah. Anyways, the look great, fit good in regular outlet cover. Easy to install, great value for the money and performance is fantastic.

I don't know how deep I'd actually try and submerge this button, but for my applications (totaling approx. 6hrs submerged 1ft underwater while being pushed), it's worked great and hasn't failed.UPDATE!This switch completely failed when trying to use it the second time. It worked fine the first time (see above review), but sompletely failed when trying to use it a rew weeks later. The switch would not only stick, but it also would not make any kind of consistent connection. It was completely useless. The button never went more than a foot underwater and was only used in freshwater.

bought these for a switch to turn my camper running lights on while not hooked to the truck and it works great

I used these for a lighting system in my truck bed. I mounted the switch below the gas cylinder for the soft drop feature. it worked great for a while, but with time voltage would leak through and the light would stay on. The switch was mounted vertically and I dont know if this allowed water to get inside or what. After this happened twice I bypassed that switch and installed a manual on off swich same brand mounted in bed horizontally and it has worked flawlessly for three years.
