Didn’t even get to try mine as it arrived broken. That hole is from one of the legs and I just returned it since it doesn’t stand up straight.

I was truly impressed with the pump's flow. Not bad for the price either.I like the automatic on/off feature. It waf helpful when pumping out the ditch and we had to walk away. The stainless steel construction tells me it'll last a long while. It was simple to use and wasn't too noisy at all.

The powerful water flow and the value for my money is amazing. With the automatic power on and off is great, the build quality the stainless steal construction make it last longer than most. The functionality makes it work great in basements, yards, sewer wells, and ponds. I highly recommend this pump
