Smooth push and sharp needle. If you have to self inject that statement says a lot . I have been on TRT for 7 years and tried several differnt syringes and needles.i can honestly say this is as good as the best of not better.

These syringes are well made and packaged well. I didnt have any in the package that were missealed and thus not sterile. The needles are consistently sharp.
