Product arrived quickly. There were no instructions but I found a youtube video that showed how to install. So far so good but I'll know better on a windy day.

This worked perfectly. I did modify the screws by painting them black to match the mounting brackets. I watched a video on YouTube to know how to mount it. Instructions not good. I like pictures anyway

The old chain rusted out. This product worked perfectly. Took only 20 minutes to hook it up. Let's just say that Shop was not my top class in high school.

The item seems nice. And I would keep it if It came with instructions. But it did not so it does me no good and I have to go through the trouble of returning it and buying another one from a different vendor. Also there is no way to contact the seller on this page.

I bought this for my Granddaughter. Seems to keep the door from tearing out the hydraulic cylinder. Easy installation.
