This is very easy to use. Anything with a hook can attach to it. I tested it on an engine picker and my forklift using a chain wrapped around the forks. I have some odd shaped metal pieces that can be heavy. As long as they are thin enough for the jaws to get around, it picks it up. I had nothing slip at all. I even bounced the forks to see if it would let go. Gravity works for you. The heavier an item is, the more it grips. I recommend this for anyone that needs to move heavy items. It will work well.

A very nice grabber, and easy to use. No issues with the build quality or paint - it's hefty and strong. Not super-large, so check the dimensions you need, but for its size, it's perfect.

This is a handy tool to have around. Quality made and very durable. We used this to lift and place 4"x6"x20' rafters. Also worked well lifting 4x8 sheets of 1 1/4" sub-flooring. Wish I'd had this around a long time ago. Highly recommend. Worth the money for a very handy lifting tool.

These are great to have around for lifting anything fragile. They are made from thick steel that is extremely strong. The arms are beefy and designed to clamp with more pressure as they are lifted. They grab and do not let go.There are a couple issues, but overall for the price these are awesome and worth it.The welds are not the best, fairly sloppy looking but structurally they are fine.The jaws do not align when closed. This is my biggest complaint, as a modification to the design could have fixed this and it may be an issue when lifting certain items.On my specific unit, one of the jaws does not rotate properly because the welds are so sloppy they get in the way. I can clean this up with a grinder, but then I'll have to refinish that part.At this price I think the issues are acceptable, but if you want something with more attention to detail look elsewhere or maybe spend a bit more.
