Make sure it fits your dog holes. I had to enlarge mine, on the bench, of course. My dog was not harmed during the postin of this review.

Wrong one delivered - Amazon replaced but now I have to hassle with return. Replacement received and it is the right size. Fit is very loose and quality of connection and cross beam is pretty poor.

The stop works well, but I find the fit of the bench dogs to the stop to be too loose. With aggressive planning it tends to slide out of position on the dogs. The fitment needs to be tighter or it needs the ability to lock the dogs in place before you fully seat them. Regardless I’m pleased with it, but a shop built stop would function just as well, possibly better

It fits easily in my workbench (with a standard hole). It is easy to fit in and take off. Stops a block with no issues. It works as promised. Good product

The pegs don’t fit the holes in my bench the tool is useless to me

I use it on my bench dog holes on my bench to plane - just as it was intended and it is wonderful. No need to worry about damaging plane blades because it is always lower than what I want to plane. Wish I had it years ago. It’s adjustability is another asset.
