My chicken etc. does not stick with these silicone thing, before I'd be leaving chicken, etc. on the bottom of bake pan or aluminum foil. These things are marvelous.

I actually use them to let me plants drain in the sink/tub, and these are excellent. They hold even my heavy plants with ease, and still allow water to flow under. Can’t imagine any roast or similar that would be heavier than my larger plants, so it should hold up well for the intended use too. Great product.

These are perfect for smaller camping griddles, small and easy to use and serve as a good cooling rack as well. They are silicone so you can set them right on any Teflon coated, non-stick surface without worry.

do you cook a lot of roasts/turkeys etc during the holidays? then this is for you. place it at the bottom of your favorite dutch oven and place the meats on top and let it cook away. the silicone is very easy to clean and does a great job of keeping the proteins off of the very bottom of the cooking vessel
