These are nice steel wool. The package is exactly as described. They are perfect to fill those small gaps and crevices to keeps the critters and crawler out.

I read that this type of steel wool is a great excluder for rodents and wanted to give it a try. The price (under $9) seems fair. I put some in the rafters in my basement where I know mice have been, but I think it will be better used in smaller holes. I’ll have to wait until spring when I can walk around the exterior of my home and try to find any small cracks/holes, etc. where mice may fit. They do not like steel wool in their mouths and won’t remove it from what I have read. Definitely worth a try.
