Once the protective film is peeled off, the sun visor provides a good anti-glare view through the windscreen. It clips like a big aligator peg onto the car's pull down sun visor and can be easily raised/lowered in a ratchet like motion. So far , being brand new, I have no issue with it slipping down when I don't want it to. Currently it progressively clicks step by step through it's range to my preferred position and when pushed up out of the way, it holds firmly. (My one concern based on a similar one I had before for MANY years, is that the teeth that hold the sun visor up, begin to fail and the visor slips down).

It's OK. It does provide some cover but the image is deceiving. It is not that big. Also, quite flimsy. I'd try another product if I wanted to buy something like this again.

Besides a lot of reflective daytime glare, every time my car hit a bump (not even a big bump) the visor would fall down, not the whole visor, just the grey light filter. It could have been engineered much better. This is a device that should make driving safer, not surprise you with a distracting and unexpected flop down!
