Nice fine strainer. I use it for loose tea every day. Only reason I gave it three stars is because the black grips on the wings were loose (not attached well) and not realizing this at first - I must have lost one in the garbage when I tapped out the used tea leaves. A little disappointed; but at least I know to hold the remaining one on!

I love, these tea strainers. Just what I needed. It comes with two tea strainers with lids, so I am giving one as a gift. I used a regular coffee mug then added to my pitcher with ice. I used loose leaf Hibiscus Tea and added honey while it was doing its thing in hot water, left it for about 20 minutes. Got a full pitcher out of it. Lids fit really nice on the tea strainers. I plan to order several more, it's a good deal for the two tea strainers. Rinsed out really easy and I didn't have any loose tea floating in my mug. That's what I like so yes, I would recommend this product. It's well made, sturdy stainless, fine mesh.

These are very good tea strainers.I’m picky and have a drawerful of ones I don’t like or use.They seem to be well-made, and so far only a small amount, of the very finest dust is left in the bottom of the cup.I feel you’ll be very happy purchasing these…

These work great. We have large mugs and I was skeptical they would fit but they do. Easy to clean and no leaves end up in my tea.

Best tea strainer I’ve had. The top serves two purposes. Place lid on top to keep tea hot while steeping, place top under strainer afterwards to catch drips. Used this at at spa in Costa Rica and bought this as soon as I got home. Very happy with purchase. I use it for black teas as well as herbals. Large capacity strainer. Easy to clean. 5 stars.

Positives: Small enough holes to keep tea in container but large enough to brew.Easy to clean. Have not rusted.Negative: too big for some of my cups. Holds 10-15 teaspoons of tea leaves easily.Yet the wings are too small for anything but a cup, will not work with a pitcher.Interesting engineering and design.
