It does a better job of cleaning the Windshield if you use a Glass Cleaner instead of just water from the included water bottle.

I just opened the package and tried to put the tool handle together... Nope. No instructions. Looked in the comments. Saw others had this issue. Looked on You Tube and found the answer. The handle and head have a small side and a large side (holes and posts) so once you have the right sides together put the larger post in the larger hole and then I had to slightly bend the cleaning head away from the handle side until the small post went in. Didn't have to bend it much, just a touch. Hope this helps others. I don't know how well it cleans but I'm sure it will be easier to reach the whole window so I'm good.

The tool works great, but it came with several pads, two different types. No instructions on which pad to use when.

Where has this been all my life? This makes cleaning the inside of your windshield SOOOO easy! It does not leave streaks or anything. My windshield has never been so clean. It also works great on my mirrors. I spray window cleaner on them (windshield & mirror) then clean with wand. Depending how much cleaner you use, or how big of an area, you may have to use 2 pads so as not to just push around the dirt. But they are very easy to change. When done, I just rinse the pads off in the sink and let them air dry. Very easy and efficient product. Would definitely buy again or send as a gift.

I used this product and found that it's so easy to use and put together. I saw so many horror stories, don't believe it until you use it. It's very strong, easy to put together and does an excellent job on windows and anything else you want to clean, just with water. That little bottle comes in handy when your on the go and your windshield needs to be clean or even when your mirror's fog up!! This is such a great product!! Don't listen to those crying babies that complain about everything! You'll be missing out on something great for a change! I've already recommended this to my family and friends and they saw how clean the inside of my windshield got from just swiping it a couple of times and the ease of it is so great! It's worth getting!! Great product!
