Said it connected. Would even do the double beep to signify it connected. Would not play audio through them, however. Slowed down the processing on my phone, would make my browser force restart each time I plugged them in which in turn considerably drained battery. A waste of time and money.

Your getting a set of headphones they work well but these are for adult use and even then have to be very careful with them for the price it’s fine you get what u pay for here a set to listen to music or answer calls

Earbuds worked fine for listening to music and podcasts, but they did not work properly for phone calls. People listening to me on the phone call could not understand what I was saying until I pulled the earbuds out and spoke directly to them using the phone's microphone. So, if you plan to use these earbuds to make phone calls, I would consider an alternative. I am going to buy the more expensive earbuds provided by Apple because I know they will function as I need them to.

I purchased these as a replacement of the originally supplied Apple headphones, but learned that the item connects via Bluetooth and draws power through the lightning connected wire.The product works ok (microphone / volume adjustment / etc) but are not as expected.Audio quality is below expectations from a “wired” device.

THESE ARE A SCAM. They are COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE.I plugged both pair into my iphone and the phone begins to play or continues to play music out of the phone speaker with the, not the plugged in headphones.BUYER BEWARE!!
