These are helpful bits of handle padding. I first put some shrink tubing on the metal so these wouldn't slid around as easily. Luckily I had some 1" shrink tubing on hand. Made in China.

I can see where this is appealing. Instead of grabbing a freezing cold metal handle in the winter, now I have a nice soft grip, and a spare if needed. My issue with this product is that it does not stay in place well. The cushioned grip easily slips up and down, or off if you are not careful. Another issue I have with it is that I had to slide mine down the handle a bit so that I could use the handle keeper that came with my jack. I left and inch or two at the top for the keeper, otherwise I would have to remove this grip every time to slide the handle keeper further down the handle since it will not fit over this grip.

Simple neoprene tubes to install on the handle as grips. They are nicely sewn and made to fit well. When I took them out of the package it seemed to me they were inside out. I don't see why you can't install them either way, they just slide onto the handle, but I found them more grippy by turning them inside out and installing.Once on the handle the provide good grip as well as insulate the handle for use without gloves.A nice addition to the jack.

Needs a little persuasion to get started over the handle, but once it starts it’s smooth sailing. The grip is textured but nice and soft and squishy. There is a seam that you may want to orient if that kinda thing bothers you. I put both the grips on just because….well, where else would I put it that it wouldn’t become lost forever? These appear to be made fairly well so I expect they’ll last for awhile. Time will tell on that. The grip stays in place so far, but I haven’t put it through the wringer yet. I despise most grips on things as they typically just twist loose (or tear) and just end up in the garbage. I’m feeling good about these though. If you’re one to throw things, beat them with a single jack, use four foot long cheater bars, rusty chains and whatnot….you probably wouldn’t be interested in these. My old arthritic hands appreciate them though.

While this handle grip is marketed toward the Hi-Lift type jacks, I decided to try one on my Hi-Lift and the other on my floor jack. The grip fits pretty well on both. It doesn't take a lot of effort to install them since the grip stretches enough to slide over the handles. However, that does highlight my only real issue with the grips. You see, the grip just isn't as non-slip as I'd like. This is only a problem on my floor jack, and only when closing and opening the hydraulic valve. Well that and when I'm trying to push or pull the jack while under load. The grip does tend to spin about the handle, especially when I'm trying to lower the jack. Also, it will slide off the handle if I pull too hard on the grip. It goes back in place easy enough, maybe too easy though. There's a fine line between too much and too little grip. This neoprene just doesn't have it figured out yet.So you may be wondering why the four stars? Well it works fine on my Hi-Lift, as advertised, just not so well on my floor jack. Also, I think the "non-slip" description is a bit optimistic given my own experience, regardless of what jack you're using.

My grip on my jack handle was just worn off. I needed to find a replacement because the company that made it was no longer in business. I was fortunate enough to find this 2 pack to replace the grip on the handle of my floor Jack. I mixed dish soap and water, then rubbed it on the end of the Jack handle and inside the grip. I was able to twist and turn and it fit on like the original. Works great and I have one extra.
