This is a well-med set of swing hangers. They come with the bolts to mount to masonry or to wood. I used it to mount a rotating disk on our playset so that the ropes do not get all knotted up when the kids spin it in a circle. I would recommend this mounting kit.

...and I note that they don't actually have any kind of bearing to handle the rotation of the frame around the pin that will result from a swinging motion. I'm hoping that some weatherproof grease at that location will be adequate for that issue, for light duty.
