Just what I needed, I use an ice bucket for my ankle but the top of my foot is so sensitive I can't keep it in there very long. Bought this and it keeps the top of my foot warm

My hands and feet are always so cold, I recently started cold plunging in our apartment complex pool (it drops to 50-53 F at night) and these help sooo much! I got the two pairs, so I put them over my hands and my toes and it makes such a difference!

Bought this for as a gift for my son as he participates in this very strange concept of cold plunging. They did keep his toes warm for about the first 10 minutes, definitely helps keep the mud out when your cold plunging in a river or lake. However they do tend to slip off the toes. He will definitely keep using and recommend these to others. They appear to be made well and quite durable time will tell.

Without these my feet hurt too bad to stay in the plunge longer than 15 seconds. After I purchase these, makes the three minutes much easier to do

My husband cannot ice bath without toe covers, and these are great! We set them in the sun to dry and use them over and over.

Helped tremendously when soaking son’s sprained ankle in ice bucket. Took away some of the discomfort soaking in ice.

They're worth the price. I wear them with sandals or water shoes which helps with the insulation. They're basic. The seams aren't overly complicated and after a handful of uses there appears to be loose seams on the edges. I have only ever rinsed them and hand washed them. The toe shape is a little wonky. Extra space so that impacts the warmth a little. I've worn them in 30 degree F water and my toes have definitely hurt less than when I didn't have them on in 40 degree water. The overall take away is that they do add a layer of insulation, they're easy to get off, basic. So probably worth the money.Don't go by shoe size. Go by foot measurements!
