About this item

  • ENJOY YOUR WINTER ADVENTURES WITHOUT COLD FEET: Merino wool is scientifically proven to be the best natural insulation for ski socks. The high component merino wool makes our socks 2 times warmer than the most socks in the market.
  • ALL-ROUND PROTECTION FOR YOUR FEET: Extra paddings in the shin, ankle, toes, and heel help to prevent abrasion and blisters. They are also with compression to the arch of the feet which provides comfort and helps to reduce fatigue in the feet.
  • ANTI-SLIP: The threaded cuff at the top of the socks prevents the socks from slipping or sliding into ski boots or snowboard boots.
  • ALL-DAY COMFORT: We design the right thickness to allow the ski socks to fit comfortably in ski boots or snowboard boots and effectively reduce foot friction.
  • MOISTURE WICKING & MACHINE WASHABLE: Merino wool fibers offer supreme breathability and wicking properties to wick away moisture when your feet get wet, yet not getting soggy and smelly. The socks are machine-washable as well.

In terms of "ski socks" (we have a lot of them), these feel pretty thin. Like not much thicker than a good pair of standard socks. The wool part seems questionable, but my sons like them. They are tight, though. My sons are 10 but wear size 7.5 mens shoes. They have incredibly narrow feet and are very slender, so hardly any calf to get these socks over and they mentioned how tight they feel. Sometimes they layer socks in the winter if it's *really* cold and when one of them tried putting these on over another pair of socks, he was struggling. There's not a lot of stretch to these so the great thing is they'll probably stay up pretty well under boots and snow pants, but I can see people finding them to be uncomfortable since they're also not as soft as a really nice pair of ski socks.

I love these socks! They fit perfectly, keep my feet nice and warm and work well when paired with my ski boots. My only complaint is that after removing them, my calves can get pretty itchy due to their compression. It could be that my skin is a bit sensitive, but I’m happy with them overall!

Found these just in time for a cold snap where I live. These are pretty standard ski-style socks and I would consider them "medium" weight construction, and they do work well for general purpose use. There's a double thickness of material at the toes and at the heel as well as the 'diamond' pattern on the ankles and the front of the shin but the whole thing isnt 'extra thick' padding like some true ski socks i've had that make it uncomfortable to wear with regular boots. So this is exactly what I was looking for in a casual use long winter sock. These are warm, they seem to wick moisture away well and no complaints
