What gets me upset about writing the incorrect product description is that fact you waste my time. The description says it replaces factory bellows for 2005 kia Spectra5. As you can see, the original bellow is at least 1 inch bigger. The 1 inch difference makes a huge difference since it pops out of place when you turn the steering wheel. Please stop wasting people's time and write the accurate measurements instead. I'm returning these.Update: Here's my message to PartsW after I had to pay over 70% the value of the bellows on return shipping to them. They refused to reimburse me for the return shipping due to their inaccurate description of this product.As a buyer, I purchased these rack and pinion bellows based on the information your business had provided on your Amazon page. It clearly stated that it was an exact OEM replacement of 577402D000 for a Kia Spectra5. This however was not the case. As it turns out, you’re selling a “universal” sized product and misleading buyers as an exact fit for their vehicle. Due to your inaccurate description of this product, I was forced to spend $10.32 on UPS shipping to be sent to a destination that would take me roughly 15 minutes to deliver by car. But also due to your shipping agreement with Amazon, I do not have that option to hand deliver this product myself. I just spent 70% of the value of the bellows on return shipping due to the inaccurate description of your product. That to me is not only bad business, but the last business I partake with your company.
