I love these! They stack nicely, no leaks thus far, and has saved us money on store bought cold brew. I do think the basket is a little awkward - it’s hard to get in if the lid is already on the bottom part but then if you fill the water to quickly the basket will rise allowing grounds to possibly fall in. Technique is a work in progress but overall happy with our purchase

We ordered these for a grad party coffee bar and they worked perfectly! The cold brew was delicious and so easy to do! We had to be gentle with the filter but it wasn’t a problem! Everyone liked these so well at the party that we now have ideas for most of our Christmas list!

On one of my pitchers the seal was torn on one side and was leaking from the get go. I was able to do a quick fix so I could at least use the pitcher. It hasn't leaked since. The metal mesh strainer is a little tricky to install. There are no instructions for that part of this set up. I figured it out by trial and error. I use one for cold brew coffee and the other for sun tea. Fits perfect in the fridge.

My husband bought these for me as I was using jars to brew my cold brew coffee. This is sooo much better! I add my ceylon cinnamon sticks, cardamon seeds directly into teh water and my ground coffee into the appropriate strainer cup and it works great. To make my coffee stronger I even add a mesh bag of my ground coffee to the water itself. Super delicious--its almost sweet so I dont even use sugar. (Cold brew is less bitter than the regular method used to make simple iced-coffee which to me tastes more bitter so I have to add sugar to regular iced coffee, but not to this cold-brew)We even took it on a 5 hour car trip to Maine vacation and it served us well through the whole trip!!

Was hoping to love this but it has one minor flaw. The stainless steel filter basket fits so tightly in the top that it's hard to remove to clean and hard to get back in to brew. Wouldn't be an issue if the basket was also ridged but it's not if you try to twist it in, the basket twists. If you try to push it in it collapses. Both over time will flex the basket and break it. I bought two of these so I just leave the basket in the top of one, and use the other top when I'm not brewing.

So the pitchers dont hold a gallon unless they are overloaded. i would say they safely hold about 3/4 gallon each. the mesh filters also dont quite fit correctly. they need to be forced in very carefully and you might not get it back out in one piece. i had to sand the opening a bit to widen it enough to fit correctly.

Great for cold brew or other infused water drinks. Love the filter in the dispenser to catch seeds or grounds. the filters are great, nice fine mesh for fine ground coffee or tea as well as a plastic large filter for fruit or cucumber. Great size, fit nicely in the fridge. Capacity is perfect to hold two of the large half gallon coffee creamer jugs and doesn't take up all the space in the door. 9/10 absolutely would buy again. Only thing I didn't love was trying to pull the filter out and put it back in. It's a really snug fit so be careful. Definitely something to watch as time goes on
