Half the fight to install a door is moving and holding the door in place until attachment. These wheels are adjustable, with screws to clamp the door tightly. Recommended for ease of use.

I used it this weekend to install 300 pound full glass hollow metal doors. It made transporting them to the opening a breeze and assisted in hanging them. I will say that you still have to be careful and hold them, they can tip from the weight. After the door was hung, I just loosened the wheels to drop them below the door and they slid right out. I have seen similar ones much more expensive. I definitely recommend!

These dollies made installing our barn doors so much easier. I installed a set last year on our pantry and it was challenging for just one person to do. Well a year latter and we are adding 3 more sets and I came across these dollies and I had to have them. They are well made and you can adjust the height as you need too. The locks hold the wheels in place nicely. If installing one set doors you may not need these, but if you plan on installing a few of them these are a must have. I would buy these dollies again. 5 STARS

This door installation tool is a game-changer! It made installing doors so much easier and more precise. The rollers and clamps held the door securely, allowing me to adjust and position it perfectly without any hassle. The tool is sturdy, well-built, and rolls smoothly, making the process quick and efficient. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to make door installations a breeze, whether you’re a professional or DIYer.

This dolly /trolley was easy to setup and had minimal time involved before I was able to use it as a helper. It steadies the end of the door for me, or just allows me to put the door in and move it about to where I need it without having to hire someone to pick up the other end or to hold anything steady. It's a Sturdy fixture for moving doors into position and setting up the hardware. One thing to note is that it will take regular width doors, but if your door is too thick, you're going to need to take out the foam protective pieces, because it tapers down, and it will not hold completely if the door is too thick. The specifications state a 2 3/8 door will fit, but it will not really fit totally without slight modification. Other than that, it's a super jobsite helper and like my second pair of hands!

I have a few doors to install so when I saw these I had to give these a try. These arrived securely packaged. The dollies feel heavy duty and have a good weight to them. The metal is nice and thick so there is no worry that these will misshapen or buckle under heavy weight. The wheels all have brakes on them. The door is clamped to the dolly easily, there is a thin cushion type material which helps to protect the door. I love that you can adjust the height easily just by turning the knobs making this such an in valuable tool especially if you have a few doors to install. There is an allen key included so that you can adjust the knobs if needed. For something as robust as this pair of dollies this is in the right price range. If you have more than one door to install I highly recommend these!

Sturdy fixture for moving doors into position and setting up hardware to mount them. We have several interior doors to make/mount and this should help a lot. One limitation seems to be that the opening for the door tapers a little and ranges from a maximum of about 2.25" (including foam cushioning) to about 2.00" at the bottom. A 2" thick door would be a tight fit in these. A 2.38" thick door would only go about 1.5" into the opening & that would require removing the foam padding. While this isn't a deal-breaker for us, it is something to be aware of since the specs say 1.38-2.38" doors.
