Features:

Self-adhesive backing:
Each pad is equipped with a self-adhesive backing. Remove the backing by first pulling down on the black foam. Once it begins to separate, pull up on the adhesive backing and then apply the sticky side onto your boot liner.

Instructions:
Position the pads on your boot liners, directly behind the protruding ankle bones. Secure each pad onto the liner using the self-adhesive backing.
