Extremely comfortable and worth the investment, and they do not slide off the shoulders. They are also wide enough to displace the weight versus the thin shoulder straps that feel like they are cutting you.

Much more comfortable than the stock shoulder pads my plate carrier came with. One issue: I had to add hook and loop tape to them to stop them from slipping around on the shoulder straps.

If you work and wear a vest all day every day pads like these are great. These worked better than expected and my coworkers have ordered some as well. These fit my vests perfect. My vest is a Crye JPC 2.0.

the velcro design would work for anything with straps, chest rig, backpack, hunting vest. however… if you are thinking of buying these to add cushion padding to your shoulder straps, do NOT buy these! these have zero padding! it looks soft-ish, but this is stiffer & harder than a dried out sponge! surprised at how uncomfortable they are.

These are much better than the ones that came with my plate carrier! Wider and longer with thick padding. Much more comfortable than I expected! No more sore shoulders!
