these work really well and theyre exactly what i wanted. i know the cap is finicky but i only have to take it off maybe once every few months when i restock my ingredients in them so its fine.

I received my 2-pack today and I am really pleased with the quality. it took me a minute to figure out that you have to put the top on first before you can close it up.Just wonderful to hold my taco seasoning, can't wait to use it!!

I like these for keeping mixtures such as "blackened" on hand and ready-to-use. The quality is very nice, the glass is smooth and the shaker opening has a choice of how fast the shaker will dispense. I am very happy with my purchase.

1. I like that these twin containers are made of borosilicate (high boron) glass rather than plastic.2. I like that these containers are large capacity so that I don't have to refill them often for salt, pepper, or cinnamon, etc.3. I like that these containers act as graduated cylinders w/volume markings on the side, although it'd be helpful if they also included English measurements in ounces rather than just metric system measurements in milliliters.4. I like the food grade stainless steel caps & am hopeful that the black plastic screw-top threads underneath the caps will prove to be durable. I would definitely handwash the caps.5. I like the versatile caps that allow for 3 different pour sizes & the 4th moisture-resistant closed position.6. I like when form & function intersect. These are both good quality & classy looking shakers.7. As these ship from overseas, be prepared for a long wait. It took 3 full weeks to receive them.

I am going to use the shaker jars for sprinkles, caramel bits and other toppings. Also for Chita seeds. I like the glass jars not too thick of a jar but not real thin either. The jar lid will only turn to different options when it is on the jar.My only con is making sure all the water is out of the lid. Once placing the lid back on the jar you need to keep turning the lid and dabbing it with a paper towel due to water drops showing up. I dried it the best I could then decided to leave it on the counter overnight to make sure it was completely dry before putting anything in it. I think you could probably use a blow dryer to help speed up the drying process. The jars are perfect for what I need them for. I actually both 2 more sets.

Variable hole sizes plus closure. Great for the multi spice blends I make for BBQ and smoker! Some spices and herbs are "chunky" so variable hole sizes are perfect for dispensing. Exactly what I was looking for.
