Hoist came with NO hardware pack for assembly, none of small parts came, no bolts, nuts, chain and hook, hoist isn't much good if you can't assemble it, SEND HARDWARE PACK.I'M waiting engine ready to pull and have hoist parts missing.

Over all good materials as long as you don't mind replacing some of the pins with grade 8 bolts and eliminating the cotter pins. Wheel alignment on the legs is so bad that they scrub when rolling making it hard to move. Realigning the wheels by cross drilling the bolt holes will correct the problem.

after researching many of these,I settled on this one for 3 reasons. shipping time , amazon was the shipper ,seller and best price. it seems to be good quality for what it is. I opened the box placed each part out the way it should be assembled ,after inspecting each piece. then opened the hardware pack and grouped the pieces with the location they were to be installed. the instructions are not good and barely any help. I made one mistake installing the casters on the rear main frame,the two smaller casters go on the mid-front and the larger ones go on the rear(the rear and are the same size as the ones on the ends of the legs that fold up for storage) I will be pleased if the jack doesn't leak and last. I did not buy this for engine removal but just to help with moving and unloading items that are too heavy for a senior to lift by himself. if you are handy with hand tools and are mechanically inclined you should have no problem with assembly.

Package didn’t contain the caster wheels, had to make a stop at the hardware store and drill new holes to bolt them on. Otherwise did an excellent job pulling my engine out!
