The ProTapes Pro Gaff tan gaffer's tape is 11 mil thick, 2" wide, and 55 yd. long, and is made from matte cloth with a rubber adhesive to conform to irregular surfaces and remove cleanly without residue from most surfaces. The tape, also known as gaffer or gaffers' tape, is printable and suitable for a range of applications including wire and equipment labeling as well as temporary cable hold down and sealing. It resists abrasion and can be torn by hand. The tape can be used outdoors and withstands temperatures from 50 to 200 degrees F. Tensile strength is 45 lb. per inch.

I ordered this because I need to tape down mike cables so people will not trip over them. This tape is top quility. I have ordered this two times and will order it again when I need it.

I’m amazed how sticky this tape while leaving no residue when removed. I use more of this tape than any other tape in the house. I chose brown/tan which Just seems to match in lost scenarios. Highly recommend this tape.

Great tape, but heads up: the "tan" looks like a "coyote" or medium brown in the photo. It's actually much more of lighter "skin tone" or "sand" color.

Does the job I needed it to! Gaff tape is a great product, I’m using it to conceal unwanted cords. The only downfall is the price seems a bit steep, but I know it’s normal for this type of tape.

I've used this tape for many permanent and temporary projects. This piece of tape was in the engine bay, forgotten, for 6 months. I removed it and slapped it on the fender and again forgot about it until the truck was driven again. I was mesmerized by its holding power. So I left it there. Three months later, it's still holding on. I'm not going to touch it until it frees itself.

I bought this for a somewhat non conventional use -- I use the tape to create a makeshift undergarment under low cut dresses (Kim K style) -- works like a charm!! Better and more supportive than any actual undergarment.

Serves its purpose and works great, but I wish it were available in smaller rolls. I only needed 6 linear feet. Took off one star for that reason, because I had to pay a lot to get the small amount I needed.

This tape is okay, and the range of colors currently available on Amazon is good. However, I was expecting this tape to be just like 665 (I got Shurtape P-665 General Purpose Gaffers Tape), but it isn't. This tape is thinner and less sticky than 665. It you can find the color you want in 665, get it.
