I received these in the mail and noticed one unit did not even have the set screw with the nut and it was not in the package. When I look the others over I see a design issue with the set screws. When you loosen the set screw to adjust the tension on the release the set screw and nut are loose and there is not tension on them so at some point they are going to fall out and that’s evident with the the set screw and nut missing in one of the units.

Been using these for years now. Initially was skeptical with twisting line, but now after 22 years I wouldn't use another release. Use on lake MI and Superior for Salmon and Trout. Also used for walleye on Erie. As the tension release is quite adjustable.
